Anoushka Shankar is a Brit-American sitarist and musician. She was first in her age group to be awarded the British House of Commons Staff. Anoushka Shankar is an emerging young star of sitar music. She has been performing with her father on stage for several years. She has released Anourag her debut album on her own in 1998. It was nominated for a Grammy Award.
